Astrological Yoga Series Aries

Breaking free from our winter and Pisces fueled reflective cocoons, we welcome in Aries by diving in head first! Aries, being the first sign in the zodiac, paired with the beginning of Spring makes this a perfect time to clear away the fog of what no longer serves us to make room for new experiences. In this workshop we will be moving through a vibrant vinyasa flow, spending extra time on the head and face, the part of the body ruled by Aries. We will discuss ruling planets, strengths/weaknesses, and much more. You do not have to be an Aries to attend as we all reflect Aries tendencies during this time of year! So grab your sun-sister and sun-brother and let's practice under the energetic constellation of Aries!
