Astrological Yoga Series: Virgo

Virgo is an earth sign, representing practicality, groundedness, and attention to detail. In this workshop, we will explore these traits through yoga asanas and meditation practices.

We will begin with a grounding meditation, focusing on connecting with the earth and finding stability in our bodies. From there, we will move into a series of asanas that embody the qualities of Virgo, such as standing poses that emphasize alignment and balance, and twists that stimulate digestion and detoxification.

Throughout the workshop, we will also explore the concept of "svadhyaya," or self-study, which is a core tenet of yoga and a trait that Virgos are known for. We will use this time to reflect on our own tendencies towards perfectionism and self-criticism and cultivate a sense of self-acceptance and compassion.
