Bumble + CaliFlo Empowerment Workshop

We have teamed up with Bumble to offer all of its amazing users a free hour and a half workshop consisting of yoga and meditation. In this workshop, we will move through a beginner-friendly yoga flow followed by an introduction to breathwork and meditation all in the theme of empowerment. Taking the time to honor our mind, body, and soul and remember what it feels like to sit in our own power.
