Candlelit Restorative & Meditation

Come join us for some relaxation, intention-setting, and mindful movement. During this class, we will move through breathwork, visualization exercises, and a sequence of resting poses utilizing many yoga props as well as a guided meditation in a warm and cozy candlelit environment. This is a great way to start your week off right! Wear something you feel truly cozy in, bring water, and anything else you think will elevate your experience. All yoga props will be supplied for you. So bring a friend or family or maybe just make this a sacred time just for yourself!
