First Friday Contemporary Movement Class (Ballet and Modern Technique Based)

This class will be an introduction/intermediate class for beginners and experienced dancers who may have modern and ballet techniques. This class is a very learner-friendly approach where dancers and the teacher work together to explore movement and storytelling. There will be stretching, basic ballet and modern technique movements, exploration of floor work, and creating movement into dance phrases at the end.
