Free Expression Workshop

Join Christina Lynch and Rei Santos for an open discussion on Free Expressions. This workshop is focused on providing a safe space for attendees to navigate through openly and freely expressing ourselves in our daily lives. At times, it can be challenging to fully express yourself when representing the various roles in our lives, co-worker, employee, child, parent, friend, etc. And with the various roles played, we may feel pressure to assimilate for the comfort of others without thought to our own feelings and perspectives. This time together is to work through how we can remain comfortable and open in all aspects of our lives. Rei will lead the group in meditation and movement exercises, and Christina will provide writing prompts and providing tips to free expressions.
