Full Moon Weekend Women's Circle

Please join us on the evening of January 7th for a sacred gathering of women from the Tallahassee community. Together, we’ll create a safe space for women to unify as they take a deep dive within the heart space. 

Come as you are. All experience levels are welcome and encouraged to join!

We’ll start the night with an opening Cacao Ceremony to warm the body, open the heart, and connect with one another. 

Cacao is safe to drink, but it is best to not consume if :

•You’re taking SSRI’s or other anti-depressants 

•If you have an existing heart condition. (Cacao increases blood flow.)

•If you’re pregnant 

How to prepare for Cacao: 

•Please don’t drink coffee or other stimulants at least 3 hours before the ceremony.

•We recommended not eating 3 hours before the ceremony to promote easier absorption. 

•Drink plenty of water before and after the ceremony.

•If you’re feeling spacey after the gathering, ground down by eating a nourishing meal.

The rest of the evening will include various activities such as yoga, guided breath work, guided meditations, and open floor discussion.

•2022 yearly reflections

•How to honor yourself this new year?

•Sisterhood. What is it? Why is it important?

•What do you want to manifest in 2023?

•What are you proud of yourself for?

What to bring: 

•Please wear comfortable clothing that promotes a full range of movement. 

•An intention 

•A journal if you wish 

•A yoga mat if you have one. ( A mat can be provided if not.)

•Water bottle 

We’re more than excited to meet with you all during the weekend of the full moon. Together, we’ll make new friendships and find sisterhood in our city of Tallahassee.
