Getting to Know Your Energy Centers: Chakra Series Workshop | Third Eye Chakra

Each workshop will include chakra education, chakra activity, chakra reiki, and corresponding chakra-colored food and beverage 

Week 1: Root Chakra 

Let’s learn and ground ourselves as we connect to our root chakra together! We’ll start with education: What is the root chakra? What does it do? Is mine blocked? Then we’ll move into our activity: grounding in the drummers circle. We’ll end the workshop with group Reiki for the root chakra.  

Week 2: Sacral Chakra 

Let’s learn and flow with the sacral chakra! We’ll start with education: What is the Sacral Chakra? What traumas are stored there? Then we’ll move into our activity: ecstatic dance with blindfolds. We’ll end the workshop with group Reiki for the sacral chakra.  

Week 3: Solar Plexus Chakra 

Let’s learn and play as we connect with our solar plexus chakra! We’ll start with education: What is the solar plexus chakra? How to connect with my inner child? Then we’ll move into our activity: bring out the childhood games! We’ll end the workshop with group Reiki for the solar plexus chakra.  

Week 4: Heart Chakra 

Let’s learn about, feel and heal our heart chakra together! We’ll start with education: What is the heart chakra? How to connect to my heart more? What is the best way to set boundaries? Then we’ll jump into our activity: cord cutting ceremony to let go of unhealthy attachments. Then we’ll move into group Reiki for the heart chakra.  

Week 5: Throat Chakra 

Let’s learn and build our communication skills while connecting with the throat chakra! We’ll start with education: What is the throat chakra? How can I connect with it more? Then we’ll move into our activity: speak love unto yourself and your life using mirror work. We’ll then go into our group Reiki for the throat chakra.  

Week 6: Third Eye Chakra 

Let’s learn and connect to our third eye chakra together! We’ll start with education: What is the third eye chakra? How can I trust myself and intuition more? We’ll move into our activity next: breathwork for clarity and clear mind. We’ll then go into our group Reiki for the third eye chakra.  

Week 7: Crown Chakra 

Let’s learn and commune with our crown chakra together! We’ll start with education: What is the crown chakra? How can I feel more connected to Spirit? We’ll go into our activity next: eye gazing for connection. Then we’ll go into group Reiki for the crown chakra.
