Intro to Lollipop Lyra

This intro to lollipop lyra workshop is a beginner-friendly class that teaches students the fundamentals of aerial hoop dance using a unique prop called a lollipop lyra. In this workshop, you'll learn basic techniques for mounting, dismounting, and transitioning on and off the lyra. You'll also learn how to properly warmup for aerial arts, poses, and have plenty of time for practice and pictures! This workshop is a great way to improve your coordination, strength, and flexibility while having fun and learning a new skill. No prior experience necessary!
