About the Event

Join us for Kids Yoga + Story Time with Melody + Emerson!

These workshops are a fun, creative + playful way to allow young yogis to learn simple yoga poses, playful breathing exercises and relaxation practices. 

We will use music, art, story-telling and games to give your toddler an age appropriate introduction to yoga.
