Lollipop Lyra Level 2

This Lollipop Lyra Level 2 workshop is perfect for anyone who has taken a lollipop or traditional lyra workshop/class in the past. We will spend the first few minutes of the workshop refreshing on some of our most basic poses such as birdie, man in the moon, and mermaid. In this workshop, you'll learn a hand full of new intermediate poses as well as work on linking poses together as we move through a pre-choreographed lyra flow. We will have plenty of time for practice and pictures! This workshop is a great way to improve your coordination, strength, and flexibility while having fun utilizing this aerial apparatus!
