Mini Contemporary Workshop and Self-Reflection Journaling

This mini-series will allow the dancers to flow and create space for what lays ahead into the new year or new phase of life. There will be a long warm-up using familiar Yoga poses and stretch techniques into exploring space and body then connecting mind, body, and spirit through creating and learning organic movements of the body. At the end of the session, we will journal about what we learned about ourselves, bodies, and energy. How that all carries us forward on our journey.
