Restorative Couple’s Yoga

Join us on February 10th for a night of rest and relaxation connecting with your person. Gain a deeper connection with your own mind and body while also deepening your connection with your partner. Restorative couple’s yoga has also been called cuddle yoga, it is all about moving slowly, using each other and the yoga props to get into these poses as comfortably as you can, and breathing knowing that you have each other’s backs no matter what. During this workshop, you will also be guided through an eye gazing exercise and help each other get into their most comfortable resting position. We will supply all yoga props and supplies including mats if you should not have one. So grab your person, bring some water, and get ready for a night of rest, relaxation, and bonding. Class is $36 per couple so only one person needs to sign up and pay on the site.
