Sound Bath

Join us for a special evening of sacred sound. Learn about the science of sound healing and experience it for yourself. The Crystal Bowls are attuned to the healing frequencies of 432Hz and are a powerful guiding force to help reveal your highest path while also creating a deep sense of calm and blissful tranquility in your body.

Please wear comfortable clothing as we will be in a deep state of relaxation and listening.

Bring a yoga mat and blanket, we will have some for use if you do not have one. Also optional-pillow, eye pillow etc.
