About the Event

Join us for a special evening of sacred sound. Learn about the science of sound healing and experience it for yourself. The Crystal Bowls are attuned to the healing frequencies of 432Hz and are a powerful guiding force to help reveal your highest path while also creating a deep sense of calm and blissful tranquility in your body. This class will also include gongs, drums, chimes and other sacred sound instruments.

Please wear comfortable clothing as we will be in a deep state of relaxation and listening.

Bring a yoga mat and blanket, we will have some for use if you do not have one. Also optional-pillow, eye pillow etc.
