Students of Gaia: Yoga + Mediation

Join us as we discuss the history and origins of Yoga, as well as the way the practice has been applied to different cultures.

We will also discuss the misconceptions of meditation, as well as it’s history and how to meditate on a regular basis. Finally, we close class by being led in a 30 minute yoga session by the beautiful and talented Brandy Melana Walker (@brandymelanawalker) 🫶🏼
