The Magic Anchoring of Light: An IAM Meditation Workshop

This IAM Meditation experience is designed to embrace novice meditators with no experience whatsoever, while also wholeheartedly welcoming seasoned meditators. We will ease gently into preparing our bodies and minds to use certain, yet simple and powerful tools to energetically enhance raising our vibration and support our overall meditation experience. A small profound writing exercise will be offered as a unique portal for each person to experience themselves while growing to trust and value their own guidance, perspectives, and gifts. A fun, tender, often powerful, and always unfiltered facilitated conversation is to be expected as souls begin to recognize each other and recognize themselves within the "other".
