Touch Your Toes Tuesdays at Goodwood

Come join Califlo Yoga Collective every Tuesday at Goodwood from 6 pm to 7 pm for “Touch Your Toes Tuesdays”. This class will be an all-level vinyasa flow yoga class to help you unwind after work. Perfect for experienced yogis as well as beginners as we offer many different variations and modifications to give you the best sequencing for you. In this class, you can expect a full-body stretch with an emphasis on one section of the body or a pose that we build up to while pairing breath work to each movement.

Bring your own mat to practice on, we will be on the grass.
