VIRTUAL-Pop Up Body Liberation and Expression Workshop

Come liberate your body and mind through guided movements and flowing expression virtually with dancer Kayla Banks. This class is geared towards finding your authentic movement through a guided class. There will be meditation, stretch and flow. An alternative space and celebration for those celebrating collective liberation.
