Yoga Props 101

Are you new to yoga? Or maybe you are looking to deepen your practice? Either way, wherever you may find yourself on your yoga journey this workshop is for you! As expected we will go over all the props you may find in a yoga studio, where they originated from, and how to utilize them in our own practice. We will also be discussing some of the stigmas that surround yoga props as well as the idea of Aparigraha, the Sanskrit word for non-attachment. Props will be supplied for each student as well as a limited supply of mats, so bring your friends, your mat, some water and maybe a pen and paper to take some notes, and let’s elevate our practice!
