Yoga + Sound Bath at Milk and Honey Acres

Join us for a special evening of yoga and sacred sound hosted at the lovely Milk and Honey Acres refuge. Learn about the science of sound healing and experience it for yourself. The Crystal Bowls are attuned to the healing frequencies of 432Hz and are a powerful guiding force to help reveal your highest path while also creating a deep sense of calm and blissful tranquility in your body.  Please wear comfortable clothing as we will be in a deep state of relaxation and listening.  Bring a yoga mat and blanket, we will have some mats for use if you do not have one. Also optional-pillow, eye pillow etc.
