Goodnight Flo

Service Description

Goodnight Flo is a restorative class where we will practice complete gentleness and grace with ourselves as we get ready for sleep. Come in your comfiest clothes, bring water, and feel free to bring a stuffed animal for this relaxing class where you are free to keep your eyes closed for the entire hour. We will begin class with a meditation and go through a series of restorative poses, ending with a long and sleepy savasana. You will feel oh so ready for bed once we are finished and hopefully more compassionate towards yourself
