Full Moon Closing Circle + Brandy's Last Workshop

Join us Friday, January 26th for Brandy's last workshop here at CaliFlo Yoga Collective. The Full Moon Closing Circle is going to be a workshop that will be split up into 4 parts: breathwork, meditation, yoga, and journaling. This 2-hour workshop is a time to reflect and release as we close this chapter signified by the full moon. but also a time to look towards what's ahead and talk about what's next. Bring some water, bring a notebook and wear something warm and cozy! This workshop is great for yogis of all experience levels.
