Lollipop Lyra Workshop with Faye

Join Faye for a workshop on our Lollipop Lyra (an aerial apparatus that combines an aerial hoop, a Lyra, and a pole) stretch, conditioning, and routine + flow. Each class will be a unique blend of strength, flexiblity and flo. New students and beginners always welcome, no experience required. Workshop will be held at Crystal Portal.
