Heels are highly encouraged. Kneepads are recommended, but if you don't have your own, don't worry — we've got extras for you!

Class spots are limited, ensuring an intimate and focused environment where you can fully immerse yourself in the experience. Due to the nature of the class, the number of available chairs sets the limit on participants. If you have your own metal folding chair and would like to bring it along, we encourage you to contact the studio in advance to make special arrangements.
