The Frequency

The first of many! Come connect and express yourself through music, movement, and vibrations. All are welcome - this is a safe, sober, judgment-free zone. Starting off with an expression circle, followed by asana, pranayama, then an ecstatic flow (aka dance like nobody’s watching (bc nobody is!)), closing with yoga nidra, all led by our newest addition to the CaliFlo family, Ivana - or ewitani ♥︎. Show up as you are and prepare to let go ~ come make waves and join the frequency.  

* This is a promotional event for the movement classes Ivana will be instructing at Breathe In Color as well as a monthly event that she will be hosting here! Some videos may be taken and donations are greatly appreciated to help establish this vibrational space within the community.
