Upside Down School

Does your life feel out of balance? Come learn how to stand on your head! The view is great from down here!

In this workshop you’ll learn the fundamentals to a variety of arm balances and inversions. Co-led by Califlo’s very own upside down enthusiasts Luke and Julia you’ll explore crow, flying pigeon, headstand, handstand, and more! After graduation, you'll receive a diploma and the confidence to continue your inversion and arm balance practice on your own. Don't worry if you think you don't have the strength/mobility for every pose. We don’t either! We will show you altneratives and modifications to build your strength within your own practice.

With two instructors and only fourteen spots available everyone will be ensured personalized instruction. Tuition is only $35 for nonmembers and $30 for members!
